Our Philosophy

Radcliffe Academy is a small preschool and daycare with a convenient Elk Grove location. Its value to the community is reflected in the donations received from the Sacramento Kings, Teichert Construction, the Elk Grove Unified School District and a myriad of state and local businesses.

We keep spaces open for special needs children and believe in their integration into preschool populations.

Our philosophy about education is stated on our letterhead: “If they can read, they can succeed“. We place educational emphasis on phonics as a reading technique without ignoring the other kindergarten subjects.

We are different from other preschools in the area because of of our small size, our emphasis on phonics, the longevity of our staff and the personal/family nature of our care. Children also have a 1/2 acre playground to roam and play freely.
